...I'll take my mocking now.
I did, in fact, dress myself the day of school pictures in whatever grade this was (< 5). Thankfully, by the time I hit highschool, I'd learned to hide my nerdliness under a more normal (however much less entertaining) facade. Oh, and I got braces.
The best I ever had were a pair of pyjamas in the style of a red uniform. I think I wore them to school for halloween once though.
I used to have the TNG phaser and tricorder, but soon after I got them I saw Aliens for the first time and they were sacraficed as parts for my brother's growing collection of homemade firearms.

They were toys, Danger. But they really took up a lot of my time.
We also made swords for Playmakers before we started buying them from, you know, real sword-makers.
