The World Caved In
Today has been crap crap crap crap.
I had to work all day, and it was busy, which sucked, except that I was excited because as soon as I got off work I was going into London to hang out with some people.
As I was leaving work it was snowing. Crap. The chances mom was going to let me drive in the snow were slim.
I get home and mom isn't even back from the dealership yet. Crap, crap, crap. Call the cell, no answer. Call Aunt Deb's where Willy is, mom called and said she hadn't left the saturn dealership and she'd be a while beause the weather was bad. Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap.
I call mom. She checked out the maintainance report on the car and apparently there were some things that didnt look good, so we're going to keep looking ie. start over from scratch. Also, the roads are nasty and she doesn't want me going to London.
The especially crappy thing is that I left a book in my locker which I'm going to need. So if the weather is clear before work (eeew...) tomorrow, I can go pick up my book. If not I'm fucked.
SO my weekend, which was shaping up to be pretty good aside from the two, 8 hour shifts I am scheduled for, is now looking exceedingly bleak. I have to work from 12:30 to 9 tomorrow... Superbowl Sunday --> Busy busy busy. No party, no car, busy lateish shift tomorrow, homework I may or may not be able to finish.
I am grouchy. I am not in a mood to listen to reason. If you don't have something sympathetic or completely unrelated and not in the least (even remotely) antagonizing to say, don't try to talk to me, because I'll probably snap at and/or make fun of and/or murder you (in your sleep with a baseball bat).
